Q: How much do you charge for custom work?

A: Our minimum charge for custom designs start at $50. E-mail us your request and we will give you an exact quote.

Q: How soon do we ship?

A: We make all products to order. We usually cut and ship the product out within 1 week(sometimes within 2 weeks) after we have received your payment. If paying by pay-pal or pay by credit card we usually hear from them right away. If you are paying by a check or money order; as soon as we receive it we will send your order.

Q: What happens if a piece is damaged in shipment?

A: Give us a call or email us (info@theedgeofaccents.com) and send the piece back and we will replace it..

Q: Can I order metal art in different sizes?

A: Yes, you may order any size that you want. Just e-mail us to tell us what size would work for you. Any of our products can be used as gate decorations.

Q: What are your products made of?

A: We make our products from a variety of different thickness steels from 16 gauge to ˝”. We want quality products and satisfied customers.

Q:.Can the items be hung outdoors?

A. I use an indoor/outdoor urethane clear coat which has UV protection. All products I make are suitable for outdoor use. If you require a custom coating like powder coating, the powder coating increases the cost and delays the shipping time as it is done off site . Please enquire (info@theedgeofaccents.com) for prices as it is determined on the size of the item.

Q: Do I need to clean the work?

A. No cleaning ever needed It will only require a normal dusting .

Q: Do you sell to shops?

A. I most certainly do, so please enquire about our rates
